Slightly More Specific Ignorance

I just finished reading Oreille Rouge by Eric Chévillard. It was great, as usual. I've liked everything I've read by this author.

Here is a list of words I don't know found in this book:

un aerolithe
un pleutre
un lopin
chiquenaude
s'enticher
un tuffeau
un griot
idoine
chitineux
torve
pétochard
chapardeur
postillon
raffut
caravelle
rônier
le balanzan
haltérophile
une calebasse
ahan
le pilon
une gravide
razzié

OK, you can be honest now, this was all about creating googlewhacks, right?
("Helloo? January 2002 called and want its Web fad back.")
Surprisingly, the pregnant weightlifter isn't a googlewhack, but a kind of wimpy African tree is.
As expected, it turns out it's cheating in any number of ways, as this amusing Whack FAQ explains. Oh well.

Thanks for the dictionary link. It's going to be very helpful in the future.
I haven't thought of Googlewhacking in a while. I totally refuse to be drawn back into it.
Googlewhacking has to be easier to do in French than in English. And how would you translate "Googlewhack?"
One day soon, I'm going to steal the "most recent comments" sidebar from Cognotch. Such a great invention.

pas mal votre liste, mais au lieu de recopier toutes les définitions, il vaudrait mieux donner seulement le sens actuel le plus courant !
Beaucoup d'acception sont en effet complètement désuètes
